From Last day of contracted work.
Warranty work and incidental work will not serve to extend your last day on the job. If the 90th day falls on a legal holiday or weekend, you may record the Lien on the following business day.
As a Lienor, you have 15 days from the date of recording to serve the owner with a copy of the Claim of Lien. Should you fail to serve the owner within 15 days from recording, you may lose your Lien rights
You have 30 days from the time you receive the demand to have your sworn statement received. If a demand is also made or a copy of your Contract, you must comply. Approved service is by U.S. certified mail, return receipt should be requested for proof of delivery.
From the last day on th job. This time frame is the same as the Claim of Lien.
