NOTICE TO OWNER ("N.T.O") $45.00*
The Notice to owner is sent to the owner of the property where labor and/or materials are furnished, putting them on notice that you are owed money on the project. Contractor and/or subcontractor also receive a copy of the notification.

CLAIM OF LIEN ("Lien" or "Mechanic's Lien") $125.00*
The Claim of lien is a legal document which is recorded in the public records indicating the amount due for labor/materials furnished to the property. Liens usually will stop any future transfer of sale of the property until they are satisfied. Owner, contractor and/or subcontractor receive a copy of the claim of lien.

BOND NOTIFICATION ("Bonded Job") $45.00*
Large commercial and municipal construction projects are generally bonded by a surety company. The bond notification puts the contractor and surety company on notice that you may make a future claim upon the bond, unless you are paid for your labor and/or materials.

NOTICE OF NON-PAYMENT ON BONDED PROJECT $45.00*
The Notice of Non-Payment is served upon both the contractor and surety company that you have not received timely payment and you are requesting a form to file with the bonding company against the contractor's surety bond.
